Boyang supplies CNC machined parts to seven primary industry groups. Compliance is reported honestly: certifications Boyang holds are listed as Declared; certifications held by the finished-device manufacturer are listed as By arrangement.
Boyang supplies CNC machined parts for seven industry groups: robotics and motion control, medical devices, aerospace and UAV, commercial refrigeration, marine and subsea, instrumentation and Ex-rated equipment, and automotive and EV subsystems.
Compliance with industry-specific certifications (ISO 13485, AS9100, IATF 16949, ATEX, NSF/ANSI 61, NACE MR0175, DNV) is generally held at the finished-device manufacturer level. Boyang supplies parts to the customer’s certified design under the customer’s quality agreement, not under Boyang’s ISO 9001 alone. See each industry page for the specific status.
Industrial robots and cobots need high-rigidity aluminium alloy housings, joint bodies, and brackets machined to tight tolerances with consistent surface finish. Boyang supplies 5-axis machined parts for articulated arms, cobots, AGV chassis, and motion subsystems.
Medical device manufacturers need biocompatible materials, validated processes, and full traceability. Boyang machines stainless 316L, aluminium 6061/7075, and engineering plastics for non-implantable medical device housings, instrument chassis, mounting brackets, and sterilisation-tolerant parts.
Aerospace and UAV components require aluminium alloy structural parts with documented material certificates and stable machining processes. Boyang machines 7075-T6, 6061-T6, and Ti-6Al-4V parts for UAV airframes, satellite subsystem structures, and ground-support equipment.
Commercial refrigeration needs brass, stainless, and copper-alloy valve bodies, headers, and threaded fittings machined to seal-tight tolerances with clean internal surfaces. Boyang supplies CNC-turned and milled refrigeration components with batch traceability and standard thread gauges.
Marine and subsea applications require 316L stainless, bronze, or aluminium-bronze parts with smooth machining and passivated surfaces to resist seawater corrosion. Boyang machines SS316L valve bodies, pump housings, and instrument enclosures for subsea detection and monitoring equipment.
Instrumentation used in hazardous areas requires explosion-proof (Ex d) or intrinsically safe (Ex i) enclosures with precise machining of flange faces, sealing grooves, and threaded entries. Boyang machines aluminium and engineering-plastic housings for handheld scanners, gas detectors, process analysers, and field instruments.
Automotive and EV subsystems need production-grade CNC parts in aluminium, steel, and engineering plastics at production volumes with PPAP documentation. Boyang supports prototype-to-production transition for non-safety-critical components, with documented change control and full-batch material traceability.
