Boyang supports prototype-to-production transition for non-safety-critical automotive and EV components, including brackets, sensor housings, cooling-system parts, and interior trim supports. Material certificates and dimensional reports are issued per batch. PPAP level 3 documentation is available by arrangement following the AIAG PPAP manual.

Compliance: Boyang does not hold IATF 16949 certification. For Tier-1 automotive customers, parts are supplied under the customer’s IATF 16949 quality agreement. Safety-critical parts (braking, steering, airbag, fuel-system) require the customer’s quality system and are not supplied under Boyang’s ISO 9001 alone.

Is Boyang IATF 16949 certified?

No. Boyang is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Tier-1 automotive customers typically govern their supply chain under their own IATF 16949 system; Boyang parts are supplied under that quality agreement.

Do you provide PPAP documentation?

PPAP level 3 documentation is available by arrangement per the AIAG PPAP manual. Initial submission typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on part complexity.

What is the typical production-run size?

Production runs of 500–50,000 pieces are routine. Higher volumes (up to 100,000 pieces/year) are supported by arrangement with capacity planning.

Can you machine EV battery brackets?

Yes. Aluminium 6061-T6 and 7075-T6 battery brackets are routine; type II anodising for cosmetic and corrosion-resistance is provided in-line.

Do you supply safety-critical parts (braking, steering, airbag)?

By arrangement only, and under the customer’s IATF 16949 quality system. Boyang’s ISO 9001 alone does not cover safety-critical part acceptance.
