What tolerance do you hold on flame-path surfaces?

Flame-path dimensions and surface finish follow the customer drawing. Typical tolerances are ±0.05 mm on flange flatness with Ra 0.8–3.2 (µm) on flame-path surfaces. Boyang holds flame-path gauges by arrangement.

Can you machine threaded cable entries to NPT or M-series?

Yes. NPT, M-series, and custom thread profiles are cut in-house. Gauges for customer-specified thread standards are accepted by arrangement.

Do you supply aluminium enclosures with anodised finish?

Yes. Type II anodising (5–25 µm, decorative) and Type III hard anodising (25–75 µm, wear-resistant) are both available.

What is the typical lead time for an Ex-rated housing prototype?

Prototype runs of 5–20 pieces typically take 7–14 days. Production runs follow the customer schedule.
