What to include in a quotation request
The faster a request is complete, the faster the quotation is usable. Items 1 to 5 are required; 6 to 10 change the price or the schedule and are worth stating if they are known.

Is there a contact form?
Email is used instead, because drawings and 3D models attach directly to it and the whole thread stays in one place. Send to evelyn_lin@machiningservice.cn. Putting the part name and quantity in the subject line speeds up routing.
What languages are spoken?
English and Chinese. Drawings and specifications are read in English, and metric and imperial dimensions are both accepted.
Can I send drawings before agreeing an NDA?
Ask for an NDA first if the design is sensitive. It is put in place before drawings are shared, and drawings are not passed to third parties.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. Arrange the date in advance so the production schedule and access can be planned, and state whether a buyer-nominated inspection agency will attend.
What if I need a part quickly?
State the required date in the request. Machining has no tooling lead time, so the constraint on a rush part is usually material availability or the finishing process, and saying which matters lets the schedule be built around it.
