Valve bodies, nozzles, connectors and adaptors for commercial refrigeration units, cold-room controls and HVAC equipment. These parts form refrigerant passages and must seal against O-rings, flare fittings or brazed joints.

Threads are checked with go/no-go gauges; sealing faces and bore diameters are measured with calipers or the CMM. Internal passages are blown out and inspected for burrs. A dimensional report is supplied with each batch.

How is internal cleanliness controlled?
After machining, all internal passages are deburred and blown clear of chips. A cleanliness level can be agreed at quotation if the system requires it.
